What is 'ChoicE'?
'ChoicE' is an Information Service providing information on Care Options for Older People and Vulnerable Adults
We hold….
- Information leaflets on Care Homes for Older People [Care Homes in Tameside and Care Homes with Nursing in Tameside and Glossop]
- Information on suppliers of Home Support Services – Shopping, Cleaning, Laundry and Frozen Foods
- Information on suppliers of Home Care Services - if you need assistance with such things as bathing, dressing, medication prompts etc.
- Information on Sheltered Housing in Tameside.
- Miscellaneous information on things like
- Day Care Services/ Luncheon Clubs
- Equipment and Service Outlets
- Age concern / Help the Aged
- Social Activities for older people
- Details of organisations/groups e.g. Stroke Assoc. / Alzheimer’s Socy.
- Ring and Ride……and much more.
