Monday to Friday between
9 am and 5 pm

When you can contact us in person

• For an appointment
• For details of our open door advice sessions when you may come to the bureau without an appointment
• For details of advice leaflets
• For referral to another appropriate agency
• For elementary information [but not advice, this has to be obtained at our open door drop in sessions]
• To drop off  papers/information etc for your adviser.
