Location: Working from our offices in Ashton under Lyne, Tameside (when available), with some remote/home based working

Citizens Advice Tameside provides advice and casework services through a multi-channel delivery approach including telephone, digital and face-to-face. Providing high quality, client centred advice services is at the heart of what we do.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to join our Universal Support Help to Claim team and undertake the provision of a high quality support service for new Universal Credit claimants. The post holder will provide accurate, tailored advice, information and digital support, via telephone and digital channels, and face-to-face (once resumed), aimed at helping claimants through to the first payment of Universal Credit.
As the successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with strong IT skills, you will also be a team player with the ability to share and contribute positively whilst having a flexible approach to service delivery. Training will be provided on the Adviser Learning Programme, and the post holder attaining this qualification is required.
